LAKHI SIAP

Lakhi Siap is the founder and Chief Community Connector of the Chicago Asian Network (CAN), a full-service multicultural marketing agency with a domestic and international client base helping nonprofits, corporations and government agencies effectively reach the Asian American community. Prior to running CAN he worked as a psychiatric nurse and was the youth director of CIRCA Pintig, an Asian American community theater organization bringing awareness to AAPI stories and Issues. 

As the visionary founder of Chicago Asian Network (CAN), Lakhi has redefined what it means to build bridges across communities. His innovative approach to multicultural marketing has not only helped unite Chicago's AAPI population but has also created a platform for empowerment, collaboration and solidarity. He is passionate about community building, amplifying AAPI voices and connecting the Asian American Community on a national level. He regularly volunteers and serves as a board member for numerous Asian American organizations such as the AAPI Network, AceNextGen Chicago, California Asian Foundation and Node AAPI. Amidst his endeavors, he spearheads TAIO.CX, a outsourcing consulting firm empowering startups and businesses with Philippine talent.
